Coaches Corner~Breakdown

Professional boxers will tell you that you can have a good plan when you go into a fight, you could decide that you're going to start with a right and you're going to finish with a left, you're going to throw an uppercut there and you're going to throw a right cross there and all of that's well and good. You are told that when you throw your left, you are leaving yourself open for the opponents right, you duck and you avoid the right. All of this strategy is great and you understand it very well when your coach is giving it to you as you, an extraordinary coach might be giving coaching tips to your business owner.
All of that changes when the boxer get stung really hard. When a boxer gets punched in the face when he is not expecting it, when he gets his mouth busted into without expecting it, when he experiences pain, a lot of pain then all the planning will go to pot. He will forget everything that he has been told. He'll forget about the right cross, he'll forget about the uppercut because now he is in pain. The greatest boxer of them all realizes that this pain is going to come and they anticipate this pain and they are able to maintain their plan, they are able to maintain their fight plan and they go on to become great winners, great victors. People like Muhammad Ali, like Sugar Ray Leonard and like Larry Homes, like George Foreman. All of this people were able to maintain their composure after getting their bell rung really hard.
Recently, I had the opportunity to talk with a client. An actual fact, this client was also my coach in certain instances and her and I were talking about a subject that's near and dear to my heart and actually she thinks about it sometime. Many of us coaches are filled with platitudes like what you think about you bring about. The person who needs love the most often appears to deserve it the least. Platitudes like that come out of our mouth at a drop of a hat and we think that they are truth.
We all know that it is the inside of a person that counts and not so much their outer beauty which is another platitude. In comes my business partner and she is sharing something with me that's close to my heart and although I know not to be defensive and I know that the only way to get better is to be ready for constructive criticism; When I got some constructive criticism, I wanted to fight. I forgot about all those platitudes that I speak on a regular basis. I forgot about the idea that if you want to get something that nobody else has, then you have to do something that nobody else does. It completely left my consciousness that in order for me to do incredible things in life, I have to overcome incredible obstacles because it is not going to be given to me.
I must tell you I was ready to throw in the towel.  Not only was I ready to throw in the towel, I was ready to drive over to her place and put my hands around her neck and strangle her. Have you ever felt that way? If you have never felt that way, you probably haven't encountered your greatest struggle. You probably haven't crossed the line yet to be an extraordinary coach, because when you are an extraordinary coach you take your client places where they don't necessarily want to go.
You take your clients to that deep place where they’re most uncomfortable. If your clients are sitting listening to you and agreeing with everything that you suggest to them, you better believe that you haven't gotten there yet and if you haven't gotten there yet and you are committed to being an extraordinary coach, you will get there and I'm here to tell you be ready for that bust in your mouth when it comes. Be ready for that surprising bit of pain when it comes. Know that you can endure this pain and know that on the other side of the pain you will come out a better coach and your client will be a better business person as a result.
Forget the fact that you have gotten busted in the mouth or you have experience pain because pain is a change agent. Pain is an indication of breakdown and in coaching the only breakthroughs occur on the other side of a breakdown. I hope this blog has helped you. I hope you have picked up a couple of pointers from this blog and I hope that you are moving one step closer to being an extraordinary coach. If it has helped you, I urge you share this blog with your friends, your family members and even some of your clients and by all means do come by and read this blog again and as I like to end all of my blogs, I end this one the very same way with inviting you to have a good time until the next time.

Coaches Corner~Business

As an extraordinary coach, you may want to be present to the fact that a skill set to be a coach is different from a skill set to be in the coaching business. Coaching, like many other skills and talents that a person can have, is a good thing. Running a business is something completely different. There are payrolls. There are employees. There are standard operating procedures. There are management of employees. When you're talking about running a business, running a business is a different skill set from being an extraordinary coach. Part of your job as an extraordinary coach, is to make people present to the fact that you got a whole different set of skills that you need to own and run a business, than you need to perform a task. Take my friend Bill. Bill makes the best biscuits in the world. Bill's been making biscuits for many, many years. People have always loved his biscuits and everybody has always wanted him to open a restaurant. Bill would be mistaken to open a restaurant. He'd be more useful if he could find somebody that owned a restaurant, and then make biscuits for them.

Let's talk about a guy that everybody knows, Colonel Sanders. Colonel Sanders has a business called Kentucky Fried Chicken. K.F.C's been around for a lot of years. When he wanted to start his business, he first had to find somebody to buy into the fact that he could cook great tasting chicken, and he could cook great tasting chicken. He went around to over 1,000 restaurants before he found someone willing to take a chance on his chicken recipes. He knew his chicken was good because all of his friends told him so. He was ecstatic when he found out that this restaurant  would serve his chicken, but that's only part of the story. People tell that story as a way to get you motivated, as a way to help you overcome obstacles, but that really is only part of the story. The K.F.C franchise, as you know it now, is a far cry from what Colonel Harlan Sanders had in mind when he went around trying to find someone to use his chicken, to get the recipe out to let people know how good his chicken was.

If you are an extraordinary coach, and you could be just like I am, you too must be present to the fact that maybe as simple as you requiring someone else to run your business, someone to schedule your clients, someone to collect the money, someone to pay the over-head. A good example of what I'm talking about is physicians, particularly surgeons. When I was a registered nurse, some years ago, I was really touched, moved, and inspired as I interacted with the surgeons. Before they were going to perform surgery, particularly the Heart Surgeons, they would be walking around the ICU, walking around the recovery room, and they would be really excited. You could see them as they opened and closed their fists walking around, as they were hyperventilating because they were getting ready to hold someone's heart in their hands. That is what surgeons do. As far as the scheduling of the surgery, as far as making sure that the room was sterile, as far as making sure that the family knew where to go and sit down, as far as making sure that the nurses were available to take care of the patients once they came out of surgery, the surgeon had nothing to do with that.

No matter how good a surgeon is, those are not places that he finds himself. He doesn't need a skill of running a business. What he needs more than anything, is an outside, objective opinion to tell him what it's going to take to be a world class surgeon. That outside objective opinion, that may come from you, will advise him to hire a business manger. That's why there exists a thing as a business manager. Someone needs to manage your business no matter what kind of business you are in. That includes the coaching business. The purpose of this blog is, just because you know how to do something and your skill is phenomenal, does not mean that you need to go into business doing that. Just because you're a good cook, just because you're a good speaker, just because you're a good coach, that doesn't dictate that you want to start a business of your own. As you begin to counsel your clients on being an entrepreneur, as you begin to, maybe even, counsel some coaches about how to be a good coach, stay present to the fact that running a business takes an entirely different skill set from being a technician. Michael Gerber, and his break-through book called, The E-Myth, talks about that particular distinction.
The distinction of being a business person and the distinction of being good at a particular skill does not need to be confused, does not need to be mixed up. If this gives you an idea, if this helps you go into business, fantastic. If this stops you from going into business, fantastic. Count the costs. Pay attention to what is needed if you want to be a business man. Being a business man is different from being a good salesman. If you got a skill to do anything at all, remember it takes an entirely different skill to be a business man. I end this blog like I enjoy ending all of my blogs, by telling you to have a good time until the next time, and if it has blessed you or helped you in any way, or given you any good ideas, by all means, share it with your friends and/or your family.

Coaches Corner~Rightness

You have heard talk about looking good and being right from me on many occasions. I wish you would take that to its natural conclusion and apply that to other areas of your life. When you get present to the fact that everyone, and I do mean everyone, is afflicted with this illness of looking good and being right, you also know that you are not immune yourself. Coupled with the desire to look good and to be right, we all want to be loved.

Just recently, I went to a workshop and part of the workshop was for me and a partner to stand looking at each other, looking into the eyes of one another, and just simply being with the person. As we were standing there looking at one another, the facilitator of the event was saying things like, "This person that you're looking at wants love. This person wants to be needed. This person wants to be cared for."

As he spoke those words or words to those effect, it became clear that the person was just like me and that I was just like they. I believe the same thing is true of you. Being an extraordinary coach obligates you to know this more than the general public. Being an extraordinary coach puts you in a position that you can impact others, but when you impact others, you simply cannot say to them, "I understand that you need love. I understand that you need to be cared for. I understand that you want to look good and be right," because the other thing that's true about human beings is that we don't want to be criticized.

We don't want to be found wrong so that when someone tells us that we're overweight, we're not going to be excited about hearing that. Even though the person that we are speaking to may have the perfect solution for us, we will forego that solution because our feelings are hurt because they said something to us that did not make us feel good.

When you work in an arena of coaching, a similar thing occurs. You can't simply tell people that they need coaching. You can't simply tell people that they need a methodology to run their business. Don't go to someone and say to them, "What is your company culture? Do you have a mission statement, do you have a vision for your business, because all of these things make the people feel less than their best. What exactly do you do?

You have to spend time. You have to sit, think, wonder, get in touch with yourself, ask yourself what you want. Ask yourself what you need before you can then reach out to the people that's going to benefit from your coaching, your extraordinary coaching, I might add.

I have a good friend who works in the financial arena, and he spends lots of time reminding people about the fallacy of the 401(k). I am totally sold on the fact that the 401(k) is the absolutely worst thing that anyone can do with their money. My friend feels the same way. In his marketing efforts, he floods the internet with instances of the 401(k) not working. He floods the internet with reasons why someone should not have a 401(k). If he would stop to think that no one has to be sold on the 401(k), they're just going to work and the boss offers them a 401(k) and they take a 401(k). No one has to convince them of that because they believe that having a 401(k) is the right thing to do.

It takes imagination to figure out what to offer someone before you can get their attention. It takes imagination of what to offer someone when you want to give them a full course meal. Meat and potatoes are the staple of our daily diet, and meat and potatoes are what keep us all going strong. If you offer meat and potatoes, you're not likely to get them at the dinner table but if you offer them some apple pie, if you offer them some peanut butter and chocolate cheese cake, oh yes, they'll be at the table. You offer some Haagen Dazs, they'll be at the table.

In your marketing efforts as an extraordinary coach, I want you to dissuade you from telling people how much they need a coach because nobody wants to be told what they need because if they need something, they're insufficient. I want you to spend your time figuring out the things that you could say to someone that will have them come to the conclusion, "Oh, I need a coach." It may be as simple as exposing yourself or shall we say, releasing lots of videos of yourself in different instances doing different things with someone to get to know you, like you, trust you, and in that case, you need only tell them that you're a coach and they'll hire you.

Being a coach, being a mentor is not something that you can offer to someone. It is someone that chooses to ask you for. Being a coach, as I said in other blogs, and being a mentor, you can't ask them if you can coach them. You can let them know how great a person you are by having instances of you doing different things that will appeal to them.

The focus on this blog today is understand that you are like every other human being in that you need love just like the rest of us. Understand that the things that get your attention and make you feel good are not things that tell you how wrong you are. Practice assessing what comes out of someone's mouth and say things like, "That's a wonderful choice," or something like, "I like that." Make sure that this is heartfelt. Make sure it's authentic. We don't want you going around saying things like this just because it's the right thing to say. You have to use your imagination and sincerely make these comments.

As I like to end all my blogs, I want to ask you to have a good time until the next time, and if this blog has helped you, please share it with your friends, your family, or anyone else you think might be interested.

Coaches Corner~Resistance

We often talk about the three things that a coach brings to the table. This blog is going to focus on one of those things that a coach brings to the table, and that is an outside objective opinion. The biggest enemy of an outside objective opinion is resistance. We are all victim to the tendency to resist. We have our own ideas, ideas that we make up that we think are true, but we hold on to them as though they were the truth. When someone challenges those ideas, we tend to resist. That's true, whether we know about that phenomenon or not. I happen to know about it, and maybe you know about it, but still I often fall prey to that inescapable resistance that I hear, that I feel, when someone tells me something that I hadn't thought of myself. The things that they tell me, it's sound reasoning and it makes perfect sense, but because I didn't create it myself, I'm going to resist it.

One of my beliefs is that anything that comes into my life through a series of thought processes and actions, I brought that thing into my life. If I am angry about something or if I am unhappy about that thing, there's nothing wrong with the thing that was brought. It's just something wrong with the way that I'm thinking about that. I know that consciously, but still, every now and then I fall prey to getting the resistance, to resisting something that makes total sense.

Just recently, a good friend and I were having a conversation. We were talking about business, talking about marketing. I took the position of advising him on something that he needed to do, something that I saw that I identified would be better done a different way. He gave a listen to me. He honored me and heard what I said, and listened, seemingly attentive, to everything that I said. When I got finished with what I said, he began to defend what he what doing, not being willing to try what I was suggesting.

Now I didn't take this personally, or I didn't even have any misgivings about it. I just understood in myself that he was simply resisting. When you are in the coaching industry, you find people resisting a lot of the time, but the people that resist the least are the people that's coachable. I can say that my friend is not to coachable. Of course he shouldn't be coachable because he's not paying me to coach him. We're friends, so I shouldn't be surprised by his resistance to my ideas.

What I was surprised about, and I'm only surprised by this in retrospect because I think that I'm sophisticated and I think that I'm transformed and I think I'm beyond the pitfalls that other people fall into. That's what happens when you're an extraordinary coach. You get complacent with your position and you think that you're infallible. I admit to that and I know that that's something that I can work on and something that I can change.

But he then said something to me that would mean that I would have to change the way that I was doing things. While what he said had merit, you know I had an excuse why I didn't want to do it. I had a reason why what he said didn't hold water. Now did what he said hold water? Well who really knows, because what we want and our stories we tell ourselves are so intertwined and so hard to figure out, I don't know whether what he said would make sense or not. I do know that I brought it into my life. If I brought that into my life, there's only two tacks that I can take.

One is: Okay Victor, think about this in a way that it can empower you. Think about it in a way that it could benefit you. Or: Hey, that's a great idea. Let's do it. What about you? You're an extraordinary coach. How do you interact with your coach? When your coach gives you a suggestion and gives you his outside objective opinion that you are paying for, do you take the opinion? Do you believe what he says? Or are you like the rest of us and resistance crops up for you?

Let's see if we can meet this resistance head on, and let's see if we can eliminate this resistance from our life. The fact that you are now learning about the existence of this resistance should help you move closer to being an extraordinary coach. Because when you feel yourself resisting, you've got to ask yourself why am I resisting this. I want to thank my friend, who shall remain nameless. I want to thank him for giving me the opportunity to resist what he was saying. But in this case, what he said to me was brought to me to make sure that I'm committed to the process that I'm doing. Thankfully, I am committed to the process I'm doing. I understand what his suggestion is and I ran it up the flag pole, and will run it down the flag pole, but it doesn't apply to me. I suspect that he is doing the same thing himself.

It's rare that someone brings something to you to help you and it's not beneficial, very, very rare. But it's not so rare that we decide I don't need to listen to that. I've got a better idea. Well my friend, maybe you don't have a better idea. The focus of this blog is for you to deal with the resistance when it shows up and recognize that it is not the thing that's being resisted that's critical. It is the fact that resistance is showing up. If resistance is showing up, you are not being authentic.

Be authentic. Listen to the input that you get. Listen to the outside objective opinion and move closer and closer to being an extraordinary coach. As always, if this blog has helped you, please pass it on to somebody you care about. Pass it on to a friend or a family member. Until the next time, have a good time.

Coaches Corner~Outpaced

I am reminded of a time several years ago when I ran a half a marathon. Me and some friends had decided that we were going to run a half a marathon because, well, we needed a goal to accomplish in our life. We all prepared the right amount of time, we went on long runs several times during the week. We chatted, after the runs we hung out together in fellowship. By and large we were all looking forward to running the half a marathon.

The day of the half a marathon showed up and we were all lined up ready to go. The starting gun went off and we started jogging, we started trotting. We had our pace, we were going to have this excellent experience. It was a perfect day for a half a marathon, it was overcast it was a little bit wet and a little bit cool. We were all looking forward to it.

Here we are we're chatting we're at that pace where you can just barely speak while you're running. One of my friends, the guy who had trained with me mostly, developed a pain in his side. He slowed down, I slowed down with him. I was running with him, I was helping him out. He was my friend and I was going to bring him along.

Yet, as the race went on he got slower and slower and slower until we were at nearly a crawl and I was trying to be his supportive friend, was waiting for him. Then thankfully he gave me the go ahead. He said, "Go ahead on Victor, I don't know that I'll be able to continue this run." When he said that I picked up my pace, I developed a nice steady clip and I was successful in running a half a marathon. It was one of the most exhilarating experiences in my life.

Exactly what does a half a marathon have to do with being an extraordinary coach? If you are an extraordinary coach chances are you know other extraordinary coaches and you spend your time with people that are like you just like I do. Well as you build your business and as you seek success, the people who you know, they do the same thing and you all are about at the same pace. Have you heard the old saying that, "You can't fly like an eagle if you're running around with chickens." That's a bit insulting but often we find ourselves in a group where we are really the smartest person in the room and we can't grow when that happens. The wise ones come to the conclusion that it's time to break ranks and it's time to move forward.

Such a thing happened to me this weekend. I learned something that I didn't know and I'm ready to move forward and I'm ready to take you forward. I am ready to take you forward in your coaching practice to make you a more extraordinary coach. If you're not yet an extraordinary coach then I'm looking to make you an extraordinary coach. I'm looking to reach out to you to have you call me because what you learn about me is so phenomenal, so engaging you know that you cannot go one more day without connecting with just SUSO coach.

Those of you who may not have picked it up, SUSO is an acronym that means step up and stand out in a bigger bolder more brilliant way. The reason you want to do that is because you want to be found. Take heart you may have to leave your friends behind, but you will have a much more exhilarated experience for it. You may indeed have to leave your friends behind, but if you're the smartest person in the room you need yourself another room.

Think about me and my half a marathon experience as you move forward in our life and leave those behind you. Zig Ziglar said, "There's plenty of room at the top." Believe me there is plenty of room at the top and I welcome you up here.

If this blog has helped you I hope you share it with our friends and your family or someone else you know. As always, and when you become an extraordinary coach you too will have a good time.

Coaches Corner~Authenticity

If you have not made peace with the fact, that as an Extraordinary Coach what you are truly looking to do, is to get into the minds of your prospects, then your coaching career maybe short lived. Understand that at the end of the day if you don't desire actually to impact other people's minds, then you may not be ready for the coaching arena. This was not made any clearer to me than it was recently made by a man who is revered to becoming a big part of my life, and his name is Steve Napolitan. I was talking with Steve about the recent workshop that I had put on, and was getting Steve's input on ways that I could have marketed it better so that I could have had a bigger turnout. The workshop was designed to help men with their mental flexibility. The workshop understood that as men we sometimes are in bondage to the way that we think and it often doesn't serve us.

I think every man alive knows deep in their heart that they need to change the way that they think of things, the way that they manage their lives because of the results that they are getting or not getting. I can also point out that few men will admit this in public. When you are marketing your services as an Extraordinary Coach, you must market as far as what people don't mind admitting that they need help with, if they admit that they need help with anything at all. While you want to impact the mind of your prospects, that's really not what you want to say in your marketing efforts. Your marketing efforts must speak to those things that people don't mind you knowing about, and how does one do that is beyond me.

Steve Napolitan gives me a great idea. As an Extraordinary Coach and this is an analogy, you know that they need blue. You know they need blue because you've been where they are. They're asking you for red. If you want their business, you're either going to have to give them red, or give them the impression that they're getting red. What Steve Napolitan advised is that if they want red, give them red, give them red to gain their confidence that you can meet their needs. Once you have met their needs and given them red and they find out that red doesn't work, then you offer them blue, and maybe blue will be better and if they don't like blue, red and blue together makes purple and that's awesome. That's almost a direct quote from Steve Napolitan.

Attending Steve's workshop this past weekend is really opening my eyes to how marketing really really works. People talk about authenticity and truth in advertising and all that, but truth in advertising and authenticity have no place in business. If you would have simply told your customers that you paid X and you're going to upsell them and they're going to pay Y, well I think you'd have very few customers. Somehow, you must find a way to craft your message so that you get their attention. One other thing he mentioned was how free tools given away to people make the people really thankful, and chances are they're going to tell someone about what they got from you and how wonderfully well it helped them. That gets other people in the conversation because typically human beings like to get free things. We all like free stuff, and some of us, as Extraordinary Coaches we understand that when you give free stuff, you're planting a seed, and when you get free stuff you're eating a fruit.

We, the Extraordinary Coaches are not that interested in getting free stuff, but we want to give free stuff because we want the attention of the people that resonate with us, and we want the attention of the people that resonate with us so that we can impact their minds. I personally believe that the more people that think as I do, the easier it is to me to continue thinking as a I do, and the same maybe true of you. My goal on life is not to expect to be right in my thinking, but my goal is to influence others to think the same way. We started this blog talking about how people really and truly won't say what they want because they feel insecure by saying what they want. As Extraordinary Coaches we've got to find a way to impact those people. The ways to impact those people have been talked about in this blog, and there are other ways to impact people but keep in mind, we want to offer people what they say they want, we want to give them what they say they want but giving them what they say they want, the only purpose it serves for us is we get on their radar. Once we get on their radar we can truly begin to impact their mindset because that's what we really want to do.

We think the outside objective opinion, the new results where there were no results, and the accountability coach, we believe that those three things are crucial to any person's success. The last thing that we want to do though, is to tell people that they need these things. Let's upgrade our marketing, let's transfer or rather, let's take our marketing to another level. Let's pay a lot of attention to mankind. People that preach authenticity, and telling the truth and carry those torches, they may just not be sophisticated enough to understand where you are coming from. They may just not know men as well as you know men. You know what you can do, and you know that it helps others, so you find a way to get their attention. The end will justify the means. As always if this blog has helped you I want you to share with someone. Until next time, have a good time.

Coaches Corner~Control

What if it turns out that the dirty little secret is that you are what you think? What if it turns out that the dirty little secret is that what you think about, you bring about? If it turns out that that's true, then the things that you are experiencing in life is your fault if they're bad. It goes to your credit if they're good.

Granted, you can't take responsibility for everything that happens in your life, but you can take responsibility for a lot. When you take responsibility for what happens in your life, you become the master of your fate. You become the orchestrator of what you have in your life. When you expect something, it turns up. Let's just imagine for a moment that's true. If that's true, then you simply expect to be an extraordinary coach. You expect your clients to respond to you in a positive manner. You expect your clients to show up en masse and you expect to make a phenomenal income.

By taking responsibility for your life, I mean every single aspect of your life that you can think of, even the things that you don't think that you want, even those things, take responsibility for. You take responsibility for those things and you begin to think something different. In his breakthrough book 10X Rule, Grant Cardone says, and I quote him when he says this: "Don't be a little bitch."

You see, when he says that, what he is saying is don't complain about the things that happened in your life. Find a way to look at the things that's happening in your life so that they serve your good. When something bad happens in your life, you must assume that you brought it into your life. The experiences that you're having, whether they're good or bad, you brought them into your life. If each of us would be honest with ourselves, we know that we spend more time thinking about the things that we don't want than we do thinking about the things that we want. Consequently, the things that we don't want show up time after time.

For instance, I just recently had an experience watching a video of a young man, a black young man, that was talking about his stop by a policeman. He basically was saying that the policeman stopped him, was mannerable , and the outcome was uneventful. He was extolling the virtues of the fact that all policemen aren't bad and all black people aren't good. Now that was his expectation. There are many, many people on the face of this earth, particularly in America, that have instances where the policemen are brutal, that have instances where the policemen are unfair. And some of these people are your clients. These people are your clients, and they spend an inordinate amount of their time trying to look good and be right.

Somehow in the minds of these people, being a victim is being right. Being a victim is being somewhere where something happens that you have absolutely no control over. I submit that you have control over everything. I submit that when you have an event that to you translates as racist, I'm saying you brought it. When you have an event that translates as something fantastic, I'm saying you brought it. Now you don't have to be honest with me, but I urge you to be honest with yourself and root out those thinking patterns you have that are not serving you. You have to rule out those thinking patterns you have that are not serving you because it is your job to impact your clients to do the same. You want to be an extraordinary coach, you have to take credit for everything. You want to be an extraordinary coach, whatever happens has to be your fault.

Because you see, if you are not part of the problem, you cannot be part of the solution. Now certainly I am not advocating that we really are responsible for everything. We really don't know that. But that the fact that we could be lives in the realm of what we don't know that we don't know. Since we don't know that our thoughts actually produce the results in our life, I am only making believe that that's true. I do know that when we feel more empowered, we do better. When we feel that we're in control, we do better.

Find a way to organize your thoughts in such a way that anything that shows up, you can use it. Anything that shows up can benefit you. The crux of this blog is to believe that you are in control of everything and organize your mind as though you are. Only put thoughts in your mind that you want to happen. Only say things that you want to occur. Certainly we all joke around, and jokes can be good. But don't joke around to the point that you can possibly think that any self-deprecation humor that you use, that it could be true.

Now take this blog to heart. I'm sure this blog will be the foundation of a book in the future, but I am saying clearly and distinctly that everything that happens in your life, you brought it. Even the person that is subscribing this blog brought this blog to them, and doubtless they will benefit from the information herein. As I like to end all of my blogs, I end this one the same way by encouraging you to have a good time until the next time. If this blog blesses you, shares any ideas with you, makes any sense to you, please by all means share it with your friends and with your family.
